!!Customer Service Advisors Required in Warrington, WA3 Area!!
We are currently looking to recruit a number of Customer Service Advisors to work on behalf of our client in the Warrington, WA3 Area.
Our client is a leading online retailer of branded clothing and footwear supplying customers across the UK with next day delivery options.
Duties Include -
- Responding to customer queries by email or phone
- Speaking to customers to confirm delivery dates and times
- Processing returns
- General office duties
Working Hours -
- Monday to Saturday (5/6 Days) 0800-1700 - this won't consist of every Saturday being worked but could be 2 of every 4.
Initial Pay Rate -
- £11.44 per hour
