Your responsibilities include ensuring smooth day-to-day operational functions, maintaining the product cataloge, and delivering an exceptional front-end user experience.
R13 Recruitment are currently partnering with a leading insurance provider in their search for a Customer Service Representative to join their Norwich-based team, on a flexible part time basis.
Joining their highly successful team, you will be a first point of contact for customers, advising on products, and accurately updating records.
This is a part time, permanent position working flexibly for around 23 hours per week, and is offering a £24,000 pro rata salary plus OTE.
An exciting position has arisen for someone who enjoys helping people, to join their expanding team within this fast-growing dynamic company.Your key functions will be to handle consumer enquires by phone, email and online, place orders, take payments, support and grow the business.
