The Role

Your role includes the support and service to customers on a daily basis as their primary point of contact, especially those associated with the sales area you are assigned to.
You will be required to manage the inbox, process orders, create quotes, resolve queries and work closely with our transport and warehouse teams to ensure the needs of the customer are met to the highest standard every day.
