What You'll Do: -
- Handle Internal Calls - Be the first point of contact for clients, providing friendly and efficient assistance.
- Manage National Accounts - Build and maintain relationships with clients across the country.
- Quality Check Reports - Ensure all reports meet high standards before reaching clients.
- Book Appointments - Coordinate and schedule client appointments seamlessly.
- Data Entry & Administration - Keep records accurate and up-to-date with meticulous attention to detail.
