We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Account Handler to join a rapidly growing Commercial Insurance Brokerage based in Ipswich.
This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with a solid understanding of Insurance, ideally with Commercial experience, to advance their careers within a innovative and forward-thinking company.
To provide a helpful, professional & efficient contact handling experience to all customers contacting the Customer Service Centre; across all contact channels, using the appropriate telephony system and social care case management system.
The shifts are Monday Friday 5:30pm 11:30pm and Sat/Sun 8am 11:30pm.
