The Role:
As an Account Handler, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional service to Clients, ensuring their Insurance needs are met with professionalism and clarity. Responsibilities include:
- Managing incoming enquiries and delivering precise, customized quotes using specialised software tools
- Maintaining direct communication with clients via phone and email, ensuring a smooth and personal customer journey
- Offering expert advice on a range of Insurance products, focusing on customer satisfaction and clear, straightforward communication
- Working as part of a close-knit team, you will be responsible for upholding the company's values and delivering a high standard of service without a sales target focus
This is not a call centre role - you will be handling direct enquiries and providing a personalised service, building strong, long-term relationships with Clients

- Insurance Experience: Prior experience in business insurance is essential, with Commercial Insurance knowledge being a strong advantage
- Excellent Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills are a must, as you will be guiding Clients through their options and providing clear, concise advice
