Pure are working exclusively with a well established client who are looking for a experienced Customer Service Team Leader to join their contact centre team due to growth.
Main Duties
Management of a tracker on system of data for property/construction clients.
Creating a booking spreadsheet from trackers for jobs due that month.
New opportunity available for an experienced and friendly Team Leader to join a growing team.
The role is accountable and responsible for up to 100 designated accounts, ensuring timely, accurate billing and specialist debt management across all client accounts and will have up to 5 employees, reporting directly to the Team Leader.
ROLE
Lead regular client meetings to gain feedback on service levels.
Overall Purpose of the Role: To own the Customer Journey for a defined geographical area working across our business channels to ensure the best possible experience for our customers.
