Our client is a well know and established business in Redditch who are looking for a Customer Service Administrator on a 12 month fixed term contract ( with possibility for a permanent role for the right candidate) to join their small customer service team.
This team is responsible for processing all the sales orders and liaising with other departments to ensure a smooth information flow and high standards.
They may be a small team but they look after their huge existing customer base with all operational aspects of the customer relationship offering the best service.
My client, a market leading manufacturer with a reputation for excellence is looking for a commercially minded Administrator to join their customer success team.
You will support a team of busy Account/Sales Managers, proactively assisting customers during the sales and installation phase, ensuring that the process is seamless.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing a high standard of customer service, customers and colleagues as well as maintaining the day-to-day running of the site from an Administration perspective.
This role will be initially a 3 month temp position, there is potential for the role to be extended beyond this.
