Customer Service Administrator
Fixed-term 4 Months Summer Cover - potential to be extended.

Are you a motivated and enthusiastic individual with a passion for providing exceptional customer service?
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound sales calls, supporting existing customers with their orders and queries.
- Conduct follow-ups on customer inquiries and orders to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Accurately process online and email orders, ensuring all information is correctly entered into the system.
- Data entry, maintain and update customer records in the CRM system, ensuring all interactions are documented and information is up to date.
- Collaborate with team members and departments to ensure seamless customer service and sales processes.
- Gather customer feedback to improve products and services.
