Customer Success Coordinator 12 month FTC My client, a market leading manufacturer with a reputation for excellence is looking for a commercially minded Administrator to join their customer success team. You will support a team of busy Account/Sales Managers, proactively assisting customers during the sales and installation phase, ensuring that the process is seamless. This is a challenging role, which will require prioritisation, communication and organisational skills, if you are the sort of person who relishes fresh ideas and a collaborative working style then this is the role for you. An interest in sales or sales support would also be a benefit, although this is not a sales role, the ability to up-sell or suggest solutions would be very welcome.
