A growing client of ours are seeking an experienced customer care consultant to join their small but growing team, where you will be providing both first and second line support for customers.
You will be taking full ownership and responsibilities for delivering services to their customer base in line with agreed SLA's, and you will receive full training on the specific software product, as well as the market that it is used within.
You will also have the opportunity to work within wider projects throughout the business unit.
Looking for either a recent graduate with some phones-based customer interaction behind them, or someone with a solid amount of phones-based customer experience.
WFH: Working week is 3-4 days office, 1-2 days WFH.

The role of Claims Consultant, reporting to the Member Services Manager, is to assist with the day to day running of the Claims Team, delivering high quality service to their customers through all the facets of the claims processes.
You will assist to achieve its new business and retention targets by providing customer service excellence.
Claims processes should be performed competently, accurately, professionally, time efficiently and with an attention to detail in all areas.
