A digital and e-commerce business is looking for a Customer Care Advisor to join their team in Feltham. Working in modern offices, you'll join an enthusiastic and experienced team to improve customer experience. This is a new position to join an existing team, due to company growth. The organisation currently serves 25m+ customers annually in the UK and offers all employees a Profit Share scheme to encourage them to add value on a daily basis.

Your new role

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with previous experience in a customer-facing role. You'll get the opportunity to help shape how the company works with its customers and engage with VIP customers to provide the best service. Key duties include:

  • Resolving customer service issues
  • Responding to social media queries & complaints for VIP Facebook group
  • Engaging with customers on social media
  • Reporting on customer feedback from digital channels
  • Analysing customer service trends and CSAT scores
  • Involvement with training Customer Care team

What you'll need to succeed

This position would suit someone with previous experience within customer service/customer care and the ideal candidate will have handled queries via social media. Strong MS Office and CRM skills are a must, as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills. This position is based in Feltham, so you will live within a commutable of the office.

What you'll get in return

You'll receive an annual salary of £29-32k (depending on experience), with a monthly profit share of up to 20%.
