The purpose of this role will be to provide integral support to customers through inbound calls, emails and live chats, maintaining high levels of customer service at all times.
Based in Dereham, this is a full time, permanent position working 40 hours a week with shifts fall within the following hours: from 8am-7pm Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm Saturdays and Bank Holidays, and 10am-4pm on Sundays.
