Key Responsibilities of the Customer Service Advisor
To effectively handle incoming telephone calls, emails, app enquiries, online chat, and social media on a wide range of issues and give advice or act as appropriate.
We are currently seeking a Customer Service Advisor to join our team in Perth on a temporary basis for an eight-week campaign, with the potential for extension.
Full time, hybrid £12 - £12.50 per hour
This is a full-time opportunity with a hybrid option once trained, working in the head office of a UK-wide organisation.
