The role: The Junior Brand Manager will play a crucial role in the marketing activity for this business. I am working with a leading international real estate advisor who specialise in mixed used and office environments globally. This is an incredibly rare chance to join their Marketing team and consult across their London and German assets, therefore English and German language skills are essential. Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and highly meticulous Asset Marketing Consultant to join our team in London. This role involves providing leasing and customer experience support across our London and German portfolios. The primary responsibility of the Asset Marketing Consultant is to oversee and implement property initiatives that support the leasing of vacant units and the retention and engagement of existing customers. Key tasks include branding, creating asset leasing and profile-raising collateral, delivering customer service and tenant engagement programmes, and managing advertising and public relations campaigns. The role may require travel to Europe approximately once per quarter. Responsibilities: Collaborating with the Director of Asset Marketing and European Tactical Asset Teams, the Asset Marketing Consultant will focus on four key areas: Asset Leasing & Marketing Implement strategic marketing and leasing plans for each asset, including brand origination and positioning, in collaboration with the Asset Management teams. Support all leasing efforts, including consulting with broker teams, monitoring leasing activity, and overseeing the creation and maintenance of leasing materials and processes. Manage public relations campaigns, advertising, and events. Collaborate with the Digital Marketing Manager on initiatives for London and German assets, such as websites, SEO, social media, digital leasing tools, and email marketing. Contribute to the development of marketing budgets and manage the expenditure of marketing costs, including measuring results and recommending budget adjustments based on changes in asset strategy and scope. Ensure broker and property management teams act as asset brand ambassadors. Customer Service & Asset Experience Oversee the implementation of customer service solutions to strengthen tenant relations and asset experience. Support tenant relations in collaboration with the Asset and Property Management teams, including internal-facing portals, events, and addressing new tenant needs. Consultant & Stakeholder Management Manage consultant projects and relationships. Establish and maintain clear communication channels between all parties involved, including Asset Management, Development, Executive teams, brokers, property management, and outside consultants. Source and recommend marketing communications and design consultants as needed. Corporate Communications Support public relations initiatives, including press releases and media inquiries. Handle various project management tasks, including processing invoices for marketing-related expenses and materials. Qualifications: 5 years of relevant marketing experience, ideally within real estate/architecture, professional services, hospitality, or related industries. German language skills are essential Proven project management skills, including the ability to manage third-party relationships and multiple stakeholders. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Strong teamwork skills and the ability to achieve results collaboratively. Ability to manage complexity and achieve results despite constantly shifting priorities. Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint) and Adobe Creative Suite (including Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop).
