The role:
- The Junior Brand Manager will play a crucial role in the marketing activity for this business.
- Working closely with the wider Marketing team, the Junior Brand Manager will have exposure across all aspects of Marketing - including brand planning, communications, NPD and activation.
- Supporting the team to develop and execute the Brand Plan, working to achieve brand KPIs.
- Will take the lead on digital marketing and social media activity - working across Instagram, Twitter, TikTok and Facebook to meet brand awareness targets.
- Work closely with internal teams, including sales and consumer insights, to identify consumer trends and translate into actionable plans.
- As a result, we are looking for a collaborative, energized individual who can spearhead the brand both internally and externally, with strong project management skills to see this through.
Ideal candidate:
- 12-18 months Brand Marketing experience.
- Must have FMCG experience (food and drink a benefit).
- Is a go-getter - really ambitious individual who is looking to develop within a high growth business.
- Energetic and enthusiastic.
- Strategic, collaborative and strong project management skills.
- Comfortable working independently and alongside a team.
