We have the pleasure of assisting our highly valued client for a Booking Administrator for a 3-month fixed term contract 37.5 hours per week (Monday to Friday).
Working for a large company this role is to assist the temporary division to assist with the administration of Bookings.
This position required a person who has previous administration experience, excellent attention to detail, used to high volume of data input.

Responsibilities will include accounts payable, liaising with suppliers, checking and reviewing bookings are ready for payment.

Our client is looking to further expand their professional administration team and are looking to recruit an additional Bookings Officer to complement the team that delivers outstanding customer service to a variety of self-pay, private medical insured and NHS patients.
The role is presented on a temporary basis initially, leading to permanent, generally after a period of 12 weeks.
Where is the position based
This is predominantly a working from home role, but for one day every two weeks, you will be expected to work on site at their Head Office in Deal.
