We are currently seeking an experience Administrator/Customer Services agent to join our client as a Booking Coordinator. This is a lovely role to start ASAP, temporary for 3 months, with opportunity to go permanent.
Responsibilities include:
- Register new patient referrals onto the system
- Booking, amending and occasionally cancelling patient appointments via the telephone and to confirm these details
- Answering inbound calls from patient/GP's etc, always maintaining confidentiality and ensuring that a professional service is maintained
The ideal candidate:
- Has experience in a customer service/administration role
- Proactive and able to work under pressure
- Able to manage a high workload
