We're seeking a highly skilled Contracts Writer with a legal background to join a medical robotic organisation.
The Contracts Writer will play a crucial role in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of contracts and agreements critical to the operations and commercial success of the organization.
You will report to the Head of Bids and work closely with the Sales Team, Bid Team Co-Ordinator, and SMEs companywide to co-ordinate, prepare, write, and submit tenders / bids.
The candidate for this role will have experience and understanding of the tendering process (with Health sector experience beneficial, but not essential).
The role will play a vital part in the company meeting its strategic objectives by helping the Sales Team secure major new business and existing client tenders.
Research and gather information to support bid writing process.
Update and maintain a library of tender response documents for all business areas and evaluate requests tenders and identify assessment criteria focus areas.
