Bid Writer
Salary:
£35,000.00 - £45,000.00 per annum

Mansfield, Nottinghamshire/Flexible Hybrid working
Job Type:
FTC - 6 months with the opportunity for a permanent position
Job Duties:
- Update and maintain a library of tender response documents for all business areas and evaluate requests tenders and identify assessment criteria focus areas.
- Prepare and write compelling bids and proposals
- Research and gather information to support bid writing process
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather necessary data and insights for bids
- Ensure all bid documents are completed accurately and submitted on time
- Review and edit bid content to ensure clarity, consistency, and compliance with requirements
- Attend bid meetings and presentations as required
Experience:
- Familiarity with UK tender processes and customer procurement portals
- Experience with bid management and tender compilation
- Experience of working with operational teams to create winning submission;
- A good understanding of the importance of Financial and Commercial issues on tendering;
- A full clean UK driving licence
Preferred Qualifications:
- Professional certification in bid writing or related field
- Experience in public sector bidding processes
