Reporting to the Client Services & Delivery Manager, this individual will be responsible for supporting the Underwriting Clientele by providing a wide range of administrative duties.
Role and Responsibilities
Ideal candidates will have experience working in insurance operations, or similar areas, as well as possess strong Client Services skills.
Minimum of 1-3 years previous defined benefit pension plan administration experience, preferably gained in a consulting environment.
Working knowledge of pension legislation a must and multi-jurisdictional experience an asset.
General
I am currently working with one of the Government bodies based in London and they are looking for an experienced Senior Pensions Administrator to come onboard and join their established team.
A key liaison between the client and the insurer, they will ensure that claims are administered in line with the expected standards, regulatory requirements and that an excellent service level is maintained.
Key Responsibilities
Works with senior members of the team to agree key priorities so that they can manage and plan their workload, ensuring that personal and team objectives are achieved.

Purpose of Role/Job Overview
