We're looking for Customer Team Leaders to join our team at Co-op.
You must be aged 18 or over to be a customer team leader at Co-op, as you'll need to authorise age-related sales.
You will assist the administration department through daily pinch points, cover sickness/holidays as required, manage time sheets for each shift, authorising holidays allowing adequate cover to maintain performance, monitor and investigate Customer Service queries.
Reporting into the Stock and Admin Manager you will ensure the day to day functions of the administration department are completed, in support of the operation.
This would suit a ambitious individual who has started their studies towards the Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning.
You will be experienced within a EB administration role and be competent in most aspects of GPP, GIP, DIS, PMI and auto enrollment.
