Day to day...
- Delivery of high quality, professional and caring service to clients both external and internal.
- Processing of new and existing group risk and auto enrollment business including the production of suitability reports and other various reporting required throughout the life-cycle of the client.
- Scheme maintenance including aspects such as contribution uploads, renewals, joiners, leavers, etc.
- Assist with monthly invoicing and fee reconciliation.
- Ensuring client information is fully documented, meets all relevant regulatory and company standards, and is continuously maintained.
