We are currently working with multiple schools and SEN settings in the Leeds area who are searching for an Inclusion and Behaviour Support Workers to start permanant roles in September 2024.
As an Inclusion Support Worker, you should show a real passion for support learners and young adults with various Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs and behaviours.
You will be able to demonstrate a level of resilience in work, be able to think on your feet and act/respond quickly to challenging behaviour, but most importantly be able to build meaningful and nurturing relationships with the students.
