A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a skilled Loans Administrator to join our client, a leading Investment Bank based in the vibrant city of London. Join their dynamic team and play a vital role in their day-to-day operations. As a Loans Administrator, you will be responsible for the efficient administration of lending, current account, deposit, and corporate FX business. Your expertise will contribute to the smooth functioning of the Global Banking Unit Departments, ensuring the administration of syndicated and bilateral loan facilities for UK and overseas corporate customers. Responsibilities: Conduct a pre-signing review of draught Loan Facility documentation, identifying any challenging or unique clauses that require attention. Proactively handle the collection, review, monitoring, registration, and filing of loan and important documentation related to your assigned duties. Coordinate and assist in the ongoing monitoring and updates of financial and other documentation required by the relevant facility terms. Oversee the day-to-day system registration and administration of various facilities, including bilateral and committed, syndicated loan facilities, and corporate FX facilities. Compile and prepare relevant information for the Department's monthly reporting function. Prepare and send electronic/PDF confirmations to external auditors upon receiving the necessary authorisation. Ensure completeness of executed documents and perform routine general filing and archiving. Qualifications and Experience: Minimum of 5 years of relevant banking experience. Previous experience in analysing Bilateral and Syndicated Loan Agreements and related documentation. Familiarity with LoanIQ desired due to an ongoing system migration project.
