We are looking to recruit a hard working and highly organised administrator.

This job will have you working from our client's office in Northwest London. Your daily duties will include (but not be limited to) administering cases through to completion for our clients. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working for mortgage advisers and possess strong telephony skills with great attention to detail.

Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls. Booking in new appointments and dealing with clients ongoing enquiries for cases in progress.

  • Chase lenders, solicitors, estate agents and life cover providers to manage cases through to completion.
  • Invoice clients for outstanding fees.
  • Key mortgage applications, DIPs and life cover applications
  • Upload documents to lenders in support of clients' mortgage applications.
  • Chase clients for outstanding documentation and update them on the progress of their application.

Experience:
- Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred
- Familiarity with the mortgage application and home buying process is a plus
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise work effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
