Our Marketing teams are continually generating creative and engaging content through an integrated omnichannel approach (i.e. across our stores, mobile app, TV/Radio, social media platforms, emails etc), generating loyalty, satisfaction and trust.Sitting within our organic Social Media team, you'll support in social content creation and platform management, ensuring engaging content is shared across our social media channels helping to manage, maintain and engage the Boots UK social media community, in line with the annual plan.You will complete your Apprenticeship course whilst learning on the job to showcase your newly learnt skills. We will help you develop the skills and expertise that you need to become a Marketing specialist of the future. You'll also have access to functional and role specific training to help set you up for success.What you'll doYou will assist the Assistant Social Media Managers and Specialists, supporting with the delivery of the @BootsUK social calendars, across all channels TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, Threads, YouTube, Pinterest stock checking, scheduling posts, tagging products and publishing content.You'll lead our global TikTok channel, ensuring it has its own content plan and approach that works for the audience.You will act as our team content creator' being quick to action content briefs from the team and self-shooting lo-fi assets for social channels using the appropriate tools and be on hand to attend events to capture content that resonates with the BootsUK audience, building relationships with brands and influencers as you go.You will help bring to life the brand voice with smart, social-first copy.You will support the Social Media team with daily tasks and admin where needed.You will use social media tools to analyse and report on campaigns and conduct regular competitor analysis and inspiration gathering to ensure we're producing innovative content in line with reactive trends.You may need to attend events which may sometimes be out of work hours, anywhere in the country, to capture content.You will have the opportunity to be involved in supporting the delivery of wider projects.What you'll need to have5 GCSE's (or equivalent) at grades C/4 in any subject) or a minimum of one year work experience in any setting, including Maths and English GCSE (D/3 or equivalent), or a willingness to work towards Functional Skills Maths and English at Level 2.You must not already hold an existing qualification at the same or higher level than this apprenticeship in a similar subject.
