Nottingham Support Office The Digital Graduate Programme is designed to immerse you into our Digital function to build the skills, expertise and leadership qualities required to help you become future digital specialists of tomorrow.Our Digital function is an exciting team within Boots UK which is at the heart of our growth plans as more customers look to us for online help, advice and shopping inspiration, as well as of course the best Boots products, prices and offers. As customers are changing, so are we: focusing on really understanding our customers' needs. Our mission - to be the first choice for pharmacy, health and beauty - caring for people, customers and communities everywhere. We are working to create exceptional digital journeys to deliver our mission by using our vast product range and outstanding services to improve the online shopping experience for our customers and foster growth. This scheme consists four six month rotations around the Digital function across different core areas which could include: E commerce, Product Ownership, Experience Design, Digital Operations and Digital Services. The programme will include additional training quarterly to ensure that we are setting you up to become successful leaders in the future. As well as this you will have the opportunity to be involved in wider projects to both showcase your newly learnt skills as well as spending time across different areas to broaden your skillset and knowledge.

What you'll need to have

You will need to be on track or have achieved a 2:1 degree or above

It would be great if you also have

  • A passion for products and unlocking insight from data
  • Experience of delivering to tight deadlines
  • First class stakeholder management skills, able to influence individuals at all levels within an organisation
  • Change mindset
  • An ability to challenge processes / figures and deliver efficiencies
  • An ability to work well as part of a team, and be able to build effective relationships across the business both internally and externally with suppliers.
  • A strong drive for self-development and growth
