High-Volume Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for a high volume of vacancies, ensuring timely and efficient filling of positions.
Additionally, the role entails actively participating in Corporate Management Team and Departmental Management Team meetings as required and representing the client in meetings with external agencies.
The role involves leading, developing, and managing strategies and implementations for the Client's preparedness response and resilience, as mandated by the Civil Contingencies Act 2004.
To deputise for the Head of Community Safety and Resilience when required.
To contribute to the development and implementation of the Property Procurement Strategy, by being ruthlessly financially efficient in assisting to manage a property procurement team of officers by addressing the demand for accommodation, providing managerial reports and updates as required.

1.3 To contribute to effective acquisition of accommodation, monitoring contracts and validating payments of fees and other contractual charges new and existing accommodation suppliers.
