The Software Developer, working within the Applications Team, is a key player in supporting the Business Processes Strategy: thriving for excellence, driving a culture of harmonisation & continuous improvement, and adding value to the Business.
Documenting the scope and rules applicable to those systems, providing, and ensuring a consistent approach to change to support the systems' integrity acting as the advisor and custodian of the process quality & standards throughout, working closely with all key stakeholders whilst maintaining a high degree of customer satisfaction.
The role will act as the primary contact for a set of dedicated applications, being accountable for the application lifecycle, including governance, maintenance, development, support, and control.
This role will develop, maintain and protect SHE standards within the business in accordance with current legislation and company policies and procedures.
Reporting to the site SHE Manager, the SHE Advisor will be responsible for promoting and upholding a positive health and safety culture throughout the business, focusing on both manufacturing and service.
The role will also be responsible for keeping employees safe, preventing harm and ill health and helping to achieve SHE KPI targets.

The Business Process Co-Ordinator, working very closely with the BP Project Manager and all members of the Business Processes Team, is a key player in supporting the team activities: thriving for excellence, supporting a culture of harmonisation & continuous improvement, and adding value to the business.
Ensuring a robust approach and that activities are administered, monitored and controlled to a high standard.
The role will be accountable for sustaining key administrative and processing activities within the department.
