The starting salary for this full-time role is £45,680 per annum based on a 36-hour working week. This role is initially being offered as a two-year fixed term contract. Our Customer Service team is excited to be hiring a Business Intelligence & Systems Officer to join our fantastic new Business Intelligence Team. The team is based in Dakota Building, Weybridge although there are opportunities to work from home. As a centre of customer service excellence, we provide information, advice and support to services across the whole county council. About the role The Business Intelligence & Systems Officer is central to the successful delivery of our strategic aims. By working collaboratively with the senior management team and analysing performance and customer data they will assist with the implementation of operational projects, specifically around systems and performance, to deliver improvements, innovation and an enhanced customer experience. They will have responsibility for creating and delivering dynamic on-demand reports, both internally and for the wider organisation and manage positive relationships with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders. They will also work with the Business Intelligence Lead in the management and development of key systems, seeking opportunities to streamline processes, increase efficiency, apply emerging technologies and optimise experience for both customers and staff.
