Kenny Recruit are working with a group of law firms to find an IT Systems Analyst. The group has recently been created and are continuing to acquire firms and so now have approximately 300 users for the IT team to provide support and systems to. This role will support of the Head of IT, your day to day will include setting up users, working on onboarding projects, reconfiguring systems and learning about change management. The users of the IT systems will need support when systems aren't working as they should, you may need to travel to the various branches to help with issues and you will need to work out why the issues have occurred, so they do not happen again. This role is a great opportunity for someone who has recently graduated from a degree or for someone who has a couple of years of experience and looking to further their career.
Pay: £25,000 - £40,000 per annum (dependant on experience)
Location: Caterham - 1 days per week in the office
Working hours: 9am - 5pm
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Coordination: Assist the IT team in managing project timelines, tracking progress, and ensuring key deliverables are met.
- Diary and Meeting Room Management: Book meeting rooms, manage schedules, and take minutes during meetings.
- Onboarding Support: Help with setting up laptops, phones, and IT systems for new starters.
- IT Asset Management: Keep track of IT equipment inventory, including issuing, tracking, and maintaining devices.
- Technical Support: Provide first-line IT support, assisting with basic technical issues and troubleshooting.
- Platform Assistance: Gain experience using Power Apps and Azure-based platforms to streamline processes and support IT initiatives.
- O365 Tenancy. Currently holds 365 business premium licences. Some of the enhancements have been administrated that come with this level of licence but development to get the most out of the app stack is required.
- ActionStep (CMS). Case management system is in constant development with more integrations in the pipeline.
- Site Visits/IT Audits. Currently have 12 branches across the south of England. On occasions you will need to deploy new devices and conduct IT audits.
Requirements:
- A university graduate with a relevant degree, or a school leaver who has gained commercial experience in a project coordination, IT, or administrative role. OR someone who has 1-3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with an ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset and willingness to learn new technical tools and platforms.
- Basic understanding of IT equipment (desirable but not essential).
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a keen eye for detail.
Preferred Experience:
- Experience with Power Apps or Azure platforms (advantageous but not required).
- Previous exposure to an IT support or project management environment.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
