As Commercial Manager – BMS, we're looking for a Commercial Manager for the South of the UK, who's passionate about driving innovation in Building Management Systems (BMS) and smart building technology, with a healthy mix of the following:
- A relevant professional qualification (such as LLB, MRICS, BSc QS) with a solid grasp of construction law, including familiarity with NEC and JCT contracts.
- Proven experience in a commercial or contract management role within the Construction or Mechanical & Electrical sectors.
- A strong understanding of the energy industry, along with commercial awareness of energy technologies and solutions.
- The ability to effectively deliver on contract obligations, ensuring optimal outcomes for the organisation.
- Knowledge or familiarity with Building Energy Management Systems (BEMS) and M&E Plant, as well as a background in the construction industry, which would be beneficial.
