This role is known internally as a Finance Benefit and Debt Mentor.

As a Finance Business Partner you will be responsible for partnering with the retail, commercial and marketing business areas from a financial perspective.
Due to an increase in workload through transformation changes within the business they are recruiting two Finance Business Partners to their vibrant and expanding finance function, initially on a 3 month fixed term contract basis but this can be extended and even made permanent for the right candidates.
As a Recruitment Specialist, reporting to the Recruitment Business Partner, you will work collaboratively within functional and operational teams across our client supporting end-to-end recruitment activity in a fast paced, complex environment.
The Recruitment Specialist will engage hiring managers in a consultative capacity to ensure that they have the right people, in the right place, at the right time.
