A leading and fast-growing Build-to-Rent operator is seeking a Community Manager to be based on a high-end BTR development in Cardiff.
This is a 12-month fixed-term contract, with the annual salary of up to £55,000 bonus.
The role
The Community Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the onsite team, driving revenue and building the reputation of the brand in the local community.
Reporting to the B2B Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for coordinating and developing lead generation campaigns for UK and International audiences, to promote brand awareness.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work with an innovative educational provider on a six-month interim basis covering maternity.
No sales needed, but experience in customer services and objection handling would be helpful so they can give advice and describe benefits to the customers about the meters but not hard selling - they will be speaking with existing business customers, so a first-class respectful service is expected.
Outbound & Inbound call centre, working off a list of current business customers, making calls to ask them if they would like to upgrade to a SMART meter (which is a free service)
This role is working on a predictive dialler making outbound calls as well as dealing with inbound internal calls and main objective is to book smart meters, this role is target drive where achievable targets will be set weekly to the advisors.
This role includes working on Managing customer billing workflow, admin work, answering customer emails and the occasional customer telephone call.
No sales experience required however experience in handling customer over different platforms (emails, calls etc) is essential.
Industry experience, Previous experience in call center environments, Superb customer services & communication skills, Good IT skills (especially Excel), Personable and engaging, Treating Customers Fairly.
The candidate must be diligent and professional, and is required to provide exceptional administrative support whilst working to tight timescales.
We have an opportunity for an organised and conscientious Administrator to deliver a high level of service to Investment teams.
Duties include assisting with investment processes, maintaining documentation and collaborating across teams, including New Investments, Portfolio and Risk.
