We are currently working with a large public sector body in Wiltshire, who are looking to take on a HR Operations Manager on an initial 6 month temporary contract.
The role offers hybrid working 2-3 days working from home, the hourly rate is £50 per hour via an umbrella company and is 37 hours per week.
You will have strong people management experience, including the management of managers, strong Employee Relations and Trade Union experience as the lead for Advisory services and will also oversee payroll services.
Delivering positive and effective maintenance of existing Broker relationships to add value and achieve targets.

The purpose of the role is to establish effective relationships and business plans with Brokers to develop sufficient business to meet individual and franchise objectives.
To support the development of new Broker relationships to extend the footprint of the franchise and the commercial success of the business.
Due to a team promotion and as the company moves forwards with their operations, they require an additional Supply Chain Planner to add to the small and collaborative team.
