Interrogate BSP, MIDT and DDS figures on a weekly basis and identify trends of commercial interest; change in contribution by agent, cabin mix, class mix etc.
Review, analyse and understand the end-to-end financials the F&B operations (Franchises, own-brand restaurants and other venues), alongside all relevant KPIs and other metrics, in order to be a dependable source of information so that the business can properly understand F&B performance
