New Product Developer required for successful business based in Lancing, West Sussex.
The main purpose of this role will be to support the New Product Development team and take ranges from ideation through to shelf within company's range of products.
Duties will include being accountable for every aspect of the product development through costings, negotiations, 3D sampling, tooling, internal and licensor approvals.
We are looking for a New Product Developer to join the NPD team of this fast paced and modern FMCG business in the Lancing area, working as part of the wider buying and logistics team, candidates with this background are also to be considered for this role.
As a New Product Developer, you will be taking responsibility getting entire product ranges from ideation through to on the shelf with well known retailers including some licenced products that they work alongside.
You will be accountable for every step of the product development through negotiations, costings, 3D sampling, tooling and internal and licensor approvals.
