Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Acquisition: Identify and attract top-tier talent through various channels, ensuring a steady pipeline of qualified candidates.
- End-to-End Recruitment: Handle the entire hiring process, including interviews.
- Client Relationship Management: Understand client needs, providing tailored recruitment solutions and fostering long-term partnerships.
- Market Insights: Stay ahead of industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor analysis to inform strategic decision-making.
- Negotiation and Offer Management: Lead negotiations with candidates and clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements and seamless on-boarding processes.
- Proactive Communication: Confidently engage with clients and candidates via phone to build relationships and close deals.
