My client is a Business Centre on the outskirts of Chorley.
Due to staff holidays they require a Receptionist with general administration and keyboard skills to provide a high standard of service to companies within the centre.
The role will involve greeting and directing visitors, dealing with telephone calls, distributing mail and maintaining a tidy reception area.
You will be part of developing and creating the data sets needed for BI and analytics including, where needed, the data repositories, Extract/Transform/Load routines and validation mechanisms needed to underpin reporting and analysis.
You will be working within the business to help to understand and map the non-existent data practice within the company.
Your responsibilities will include developing and delivering service redesigns, driving process improvements, and enhancing the professionalism and skills of our team members.
As the Programme Lead you will play a pivotal role in shaping and implementing a high-quality, efficient, and responsive Business Support service.
Additionally, you'll stay abreast of innovative practices, both nationally and internally, to continuously improve the service offerings.
