As an experienced TA you'll provide assistance for teachersin delivering an exciting and engaging curriculum. You will offer additional learning opportunities for pupils, helping them to develop and work with children and young people who require an advanced programme of learning, in order to reach their full educational potential.

You will be required to support five days a week Mon-Friday inline with school hours 8:30-15:00

Responsibilities:
- Contribute to safeguarding all children
- Effective communication with children, staff, parents, and carers when necessary
- Tailor support based on each child's unique needs
- Liaise with other professionals such as teacher's TA, specialist support staff
- Work with classes,small groups and with children on a one on one basis
- Monitor and track the development of the pupil In question and support personal development and confidence.

Requirements:
Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one) Legal right to work in the UK
Comprehensive CV covering the last 10 years of education/employment history with any breaks explained
All candidates will be subject to Randstad Education's child protection and UK eligibility vetting including a DBS check and providing satisfactory references.
A DBS on the update service would be a distinct advantage due to the urgent nature of some of these roles.
