Key responsibilities
Help develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve product and services sales targets.
The role of Business development manager will be targeted with calling on both existing and potential new customers across the Midlands territory to increase sales of services and 'up-sell' add ons.
£35,000 to 40,000 Basic salary Plus car, Bonuses and Bens
You will be measured against company targets on sales and gross profit for your territory and expected to achieve Key Performance Indicators.
Suitable candidates must come from a strong commercial finance or commercial property sales background.
Daily monitoring of trends within your portfolio and proactively suggesting solutions to potential issues.
Administering letters of variation for all facility types including but not limited to loan roll forwards, providing asset refinance and reviews of existing facilities.
