Generate new business using existing and potential client networks. Oversee customer account management, including negotiating contracts and agreements. Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to client needs and objectives. Prepare reports on account status and forecast. Profile A successful Account Manager should have: Proven work experience as an Account Manager or other relevant service experience. Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization. Solid experience with CRM software and MS Office (particularly MS Excel).
