Initial Training and Onboarding: The first 1 month will be conducted in-person at our office to facilitate effective training and integration into our team.
Hybrid Working: Following the initial training period, employees will be required to work from the office 3 days a week.
This allows for collaboration, team meetings, and access to resources, while also offering the flexibility to work remotely for the remaining days.
You'll join a small team of 3 providing a high standard of delivery to both commercial customers and direct consumers, with a current turnover of 1.5 mil and plans to grow to 5 mil by year 5 it's an exciting opportunity to really contribute to the success of a fast growing business.
