We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Branch Manager to lead our team at our branch in Bromley - Kent The successful candidate will oversee all branch operations, drive sales, and ensure excellent customer service.
UP TO 50K Salary. 7am - 5pm
Monday to Friday
Develop and implement strategies to achieve branch targets and objectives- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales and customer service staff- Monitor sales performance and provide guidance to staff to meet targets- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures- Manage branch inventory and stock levels- Handle customer escalations and provide resolutions promptly- Arrange incoming and outgoing delivery scheduling- Prepare reports on branch performance for senior management.
As a Branch Manager, you will be a natural leader with excellent communication and organisation skills, enabling you to motivate and develop your team.
