Business Development Manager, Salary: basic c£40k (£80k realistic OTE) car allowance, Remote / Field based role (on the road 3-4 days per week) covering Midlands and the South candidate to be based within a commutable distance of Birmingham and London.
Main Purpose of the Role: The Sales Manager is responsible for achieving commercial objectives with key customers across all products.
This role involves managing and developing a portfolio of key account customers, conducting commercial negotiations to renew existing contracts, and developing new agreements.
The role of Business development manager will be targeted with calling on potential new customers across the Midlands territory to increase sales of products and 'up-sell' add ons.
You will be measured against company targets on sales and gross profit for your territory and expected to achieve Key Performance Indicators.
