Job Title: Sales Manager

Main Purpose of the Role: The Sales Manager is responsible for achieving commercial objectives with key customers across all products. This role involves managing and developing a portfolio of key account customers, conducting commercial negotiations to renew existing contracts, and developing new agreements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and develop daily commercial activities, including prospecting and recruiting new customers (OE or IAM) to achieve budget objectives.
- Identify new opportunities with existing and new products to ensure continuous growth in turnover.
- Oversee negotiations on product prices and related contracts, ensuring profitability aligns with objectives.
- Promote new technologies and seek opportunities within the existing product portfolio.
- Negotiate performance plans and manage the RFQ process, leading the definition of prices.
- Analyse market and competition data.
- Support sales analysis and provide a 3-month forecast against budget on a monthly basis.
- Manage PC1, PC2, budget, and STRAP figures for clients under your responsibility.
- Represent the company in a professional manner.
- Collaborate closely with the Project and R&D departments.
Required Qualifications:
- BAC +5 degree in international business or management.
- At least 5 years of professional experience in a similar sales position.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Strong command of written and spoken English to manage key accounts with international members.
- Strong negotiation skills and sales techniques.
- Mastery of sales cycles and ability to build complex offers.
- Pragmatic, autonomous approach with strong problem-solving skills.
- Experience with SAP and CRM systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Passion for automotive and technical parts is highly desirable.
