What You'll Be Doing:

  • Client Portfolio Management: Oversee a wide-ranging portfolio of clients across various industries, serving as their primary advisor and ensuring their financial needs are met.
  • Relationship Building: Be the go-to contact for clients, developing strong, long-lasting relationships while delivering tailored, proactive advice.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with senior leadership to ensure client expectations are exceeded, and all work is completed to the highest standard.
  • Team Development: Assist in the training and mentoring of junior staff, providing them with the tools and knowledge to succeed.
  • Operational Oversight: Manage billing, work-in-progress and ensure all financial operations for your clients run smoothly.
  • Additional Duties: Support the firm in any ad hoc projects or tasks that arise.

What We're Looking For:

  • Qualified Professional: ACA, ACCA, or QBE.
  • Client Management Experience: Demonstrated experience handling a variety of client portfolios with a focus on quality service and relationship management.
  • Strong Communicator: Ability to convey complex financial information clearly and effectively.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in accounting software such as Sage, Xero, and QuickBooks.
  • Organized & Proactive: A self-starter who is highly organized and proactive in solving problems.
