Building Services Engineer Salary: Circa £60,000 depending on experience Location: Stevenage or Bolton (we may be able to offer a relocation package for this role) Dynamic (hybrid) working: 2 to 3 days per week on-site, due to workload classification The opportunity: Coming from a strong MEP design background, you will assume ownership of the suite of the companies Building Design Guides; reviewing and updating them periodically. Position: Mobile Building Services Engineer Location: Covering an area that includes Northampton, Milton Keynes and Peterborough Duration: Permanent Salary: From £38,000 to £40,000 plus travel time, overtime, van, on call allowance and annual bonus We are looking for an experienced Building Services Engineer for a full time, permanent regional position. This engineer will be working on commercial sites that will include offices, schools, universities etc They will be dealing with planned and reactive maintenance that include plant rooms, fan coils, water testing, emergency lighting, compliance as well as other maintenance The right person for this position will be based in a commutable location to one of the above positions.
