Building Services Engineer - BRISTOL AREA (Covering M4 Corridor)
Up to £42,000 + Extensive benefits package including Van, Fuel Card, and Bonus.
Leading Facility Management Consultancy are looking for a Building Services Engineer in the Bristol area to work on a range of commercial sites including offices and shopping centres. Work will take you around Gloucester/Cardiff/Bath and our client will look to have you within 1 hour of your home location
Work will cover PPM and Reactive and any work outside core hours will count as overtime.
Skills Summary (Building Services Engineer)
- 5-7+ years post qualification experience as a building services engineer or similar
- A biased in plumbing, electrical or AC with industry recognised qualifications.
- Ability to do overtime when required, based on site requirements
- Full Driving License
This role is the perfect opportunity for a Building Services Engineer who is happy to stay 'on the tools' initially and then move into a QS role (knowledge at this level is beneficial) as the team develops.
